  • Matt Allen
    Matt Allen studied classics and now works as a civil servant on environmental issues. He likes meeting people who think about life, and is keen to see Christians actively engaging with philosophical issues. He likes walking, and particularly enjoys the beauty of mountain scenery.
  • Joe Baker
    Joe Baker studied astrophysics and is currently a freelance web developer. He has experience in local church leadership in worship and strategy. He is excited about the implications of the theology of values. He loves being a dad and dreams of being a great jazz guitarist.
  • Aglaia Barraclough
    Aglaia Barraclough is a human geographer with a particular interest in history and anthropology. She has experience in pastoral care with a great desire to explore the kingdom of God as alternative living. She likes Byzantine chanting, bouzouki music and Easter in Greec
  • Peter Barraclough
    Peter Barraclough has a background in public health engineering prior to training in Christian counselling. He has led a house group on a council estate and is passionate about the kingdom of God. He aspires to cooking French-style and choosing the perfect wine.
  • Jonathan Bartley
    Jonathan Bartley has a background in social sciences. He is a political activist who?s the founder and director of Ekklesia, which enables Christians to recognise the political demands of their faith. He is also a writer and broadcaster. His other passion in life is playing the drums.
  • Foluke Blackburn
    Foluke Blackburn has a background in biblical studies and adult education and is a university lecturer in social work. She has a keen interest in self-directed learning. She loves line dancing and developing her skills as a storyteller.
  • Stuart Blackburn
    Stuart Blackburn is trained in biblical studies and is a religious education teacher. He is interested in gender issues and helping people see the practical application of difficult parts of the Bible. He is an amateur musician playing bass guitar and jazz saxophone
  • Juliet Blackburn
    Juliet Blackburn is originally from Essex but has lived in Manchester for many years. She works in urban regeneration and has a passion for the church?s role in facilitating a healing society. If she were on Mastermind (which she never will be) her specialist subject would be curry.
  • Tim Boyes
    Tim Boyes spent two years in Pakistan and fifteen teaching in Birmingham. He struggles to see how an often Islamophobic church, Jesus and our cities? poorest communities will ever make sense of each other! He stays sane by sailing, doing theatre and dreaming dreams!
  • Kenneth Cameron
    Kenneth Cameron studied classics and works on policy in the Civil Service. He enjoys exploring biblical expression in spirituality and culture, and encouraging Christians to think openly and creatively. He is interested in the arts, the environment and rock and classical music
  • Linda Crebbin
    Linda Crebbin is a religious studies teacher and a leader in her home church. She regularly leads worship, preaches and works to help people develop their gifts and abilities. She has a passion to see the right people in the right places for the right reasons.
  • Fran Crutchley
    Fran Crutchley holds a degree in European studies and she currently works in the logistics industry. She is actively involved in a youth outreach project at her local church and is excited about seeing the kingdom of God transform the local community. She loves skiing and also cycling, but in less mountainous regions!
  • Jonathan Dorsett
    Jonathan Dorsett is a shalom activist (if you don’t know what that means you will after Workshop!). He is passionate about releasing people’s dreams and visions for God’s domination free kingdom and co-ordinates the Workshop linked Peace School. He is a keen sculptor, allotmenter, brewer, and also runs a fairtrade comedy club.
  • Andrew Gallimore
    Andrew Gallimore pastors a Baptist church where he preaches and teaches regularly. He is the director of a Christian Trust working in local primary schools, leading assemblies and RE lessons. He is a keen guitarist and loves to get people singing. Andrew is married withtwo teenage boys. In his spare time ? what spare time!!
  • Viv Grant
    Viv Grant is an experienced leader and manager in inner-city primary schools who now tutors aspiring school leaders. She longs for equality and social justice, where children are valued and gain self-esteem. She loves a ?lie in? and only wishes her two young sons did too!
  • Sue Haslehurst
    Sue Haslehurst has moved from languages to theology, taking in IT and human rights along the way. Now involved in church leadership, she is excited by the contemporary relevance of theology and the blue flashes generated by opening self-seal envelopes in the dark.
  • Peter Haslehurst
    Peter Haslehurst studied physiology, but these days he works for IBM as an IT Specialist. He is fascinated by the challenges to his faith from culture, film, science and working life. He is an enthusiastic player of strategy boardgames, and he loves jumping off hills in his paraglider.
  • Ruth Hiscutt
    Ruth Hiscutt is a civil engineer. Having worked in France for a few years, she is fascinated by the way history and culture affect how we think. She loves exploring and applying ideas, and helping others to do the same. She also enjoys skiing, especially since discovering snowblades.
  • Jez Howat
    Jez Howat works in marketing. In his local church he leads a cell group and is a teacher. He has also been involved in teaching church leaders in East Africa. He likes making Christians think. He enjoys good food, fine wines and especially eating haggis.
  • Cherryl Hunt
    Cherryl Hunt is a scientist, theologian and an experienced teacher. She is widely travelled including spending two years with her husband in Christian work in Kazakstan. She is a frustrated astronaut who likes cooking octopus stew.
